This will be achieved, working cooperatively with members of the Housing Advisory Committee and other key county stakeholders, by maximizing creative housing solutions that make best use of the available land in a manner that respects our rich history, diversity, and natural environment, to ensure the housing needs of Loreto are met. MISSION STATEMENT The mission of the Rancho Notri, is working in cooperation with county citizens, cities, governmental entities, commercial interest and other valuable county stakeholders, is to: Coordinate the development and implementation of regional strategic housing and community development processes that respect local needs, priorities and our natural environment, that lead to the development of healthy and viable neighborhoods and an improved quality of life for all in our region! Rancho Notri will lead this community building effort by developing partnerships to create a full spectrum of housing; building creative strategies for economic vitality; promoting advocacy & educational activities on healthy growth and well designed development initiatives Rancho Notri Estamos repensando el mundo y Loreto y nosotros somos en la era de la energía del cerebro Planeamiento elegante por un futuro que no podemos todavía ver. Esto si está acepillada cuidadosamente dará lugar a la integración de culturas y a la economía en la combinación de la cohesión social DECLARACIÓN DE LA VISIÓN El rancho Notri será abarcado de las vecindades que son: el • integró a través de sus áreas urbanas con una mezcla diversa de unidades y de tipos de la propiedad para todos los niveles de ingresos; el • se convirtió con un proceso inter-jurisdiccional eficiente y coordinado de la revisión de la utilización del suelo que respeta necesidades y la toma de decisión locales; • inclusivo de las oportunidades donde las familias pueden vivir y trabajar en sus propias comunidades. Esto será alcanzada, trabajando cooperativo con los miembros del comité consultivo de la cubierta y de otros tenedores de apuestas dominantes del condado, maximizando las soluciones creativas de la cubierta que hacen el mejor uso de la tierra disponible de una manera que respete nuestra historia rica, diversidad, y ambiente natural, para asegurar las necesidades de la cubierta de Loreto se satisfacen. DECLARACIÓN DE LA MISIÓN La misión del rancho Notri, está trabajando en la cooperación con los ciudadanos del condado, ciudades, entidades gubernamentales, interés comercial y otros tenedores de apuestas valiosos del condado, es: Coordine el desarrollo y la puesta en práctica de los procesos estratégicos regionales de la cubierta y del desarrollo de la comunidad que respetan necesidades locales, prioridades y nuestro ambiente natural, ¡eso conduce al desarrollo de vecindades sanas y viables y una calidad de la vida mejorada para todos en nuestra región! El rancho Notri conducirá este esfuerzo del edificio de la comunidad desarrollando sociedades para crear un espectro completo de la cubierta; estrategias creativas constructivas para la vitalidad económica; promoviendo defensa y actividades educativas en crecimiento sano e iniciativas bien diseñadas del desarrollo. Management Philosophy There are four key components to Rancho Notri: Discovery Through Discovery individuals can mobilize a whole system inquiry into the positive change core; in Dream individuals create a clear esults-oriented vision in relation to discovered potential and to questions of higher purpose. Through Design there is opportunity to create and offer thoughts of the ideal organization. Destiny leads to strengthening the positive capability of the whole system, giving way tohope and creating processes for learning, adjustment, and improvisation. There are eight assumptions of Rancho Notri: 1) In every society, organization, or group, something works 2) What we focus on becomes our reality 3) Reality is created in the moment, and there are multiple realities 4) The act of asking questions of an organization or group influences the group in some way 5) People have more confidence and comfort to journey to the future (the unknown) when they carry forward parts of the past (the known) 6) If we carry parts of the past forward, they should be what is best about the past 7) It is important to value differences 8) The language we use creates our reality Rancho Notri works because it recognizes people are social, curious, and that we create identities and knowledge in relation to one another. People tell and listen to stories and in doing so pass on values, beliefs and wisdom. People like to learn and to apply that knowledge. People like doing well.
